Our dreams and desires motivate us to achieve. The strong emotion that accompanies our thought is the force that moves us forward to the realization of our most desired dreams. Planting the statement in our thought process or affirming to our mind these Affirmations on a repeated daily basis will result in achieving the success we strive for. Think about the times in your life when you really wanted something - how much you thought about it, how you saw yourself already attaining that goal - it didn’t take very long and it was yours.
If we use positive encouragement and affirmations (short statements repeated several times a day) we will have all the health, happiness and wisdom we could possibly need in life. Create a list for yourself with these statements such as -
I am Motivated
I am Happy
I am Fit
I am Focused
I am Successful
Your own list can have as many affirmations as you wish - all positive and meaningful for you. Repeat these several times a day; see yourself in these roles and truly believe you are that which you say.
Your mind is a powerful tool which can assist you in every aspect of your daily life. Use it in this positive manner and you can do or be anything you want to be! Never let the negative factors that surround us interfere with your dream of a life full of happiness and contentment.
